- Image Search: Search and browse indexed images from verified websites.
- Website Indexing: Submit and manage websites for inclusion in our search index.
- Promotion Services: Create and manage promotional campaigns for verified websites.
- User Accounts: Register and manage your account to access enhanced features.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Not create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Property Verification
When submitting a website for indexing, you must verify ownership through our meta-tag verification process:
- You must have legitimate ownership or authorization to submit the website.
- The verification meta tag must be placed in the website's HTML head section.
- Attempted verification of websites you do not own is prohibited.
- We reserve the right to revoke verification status if ownership changes or is disputed.
- False verification claims may result in account suspension and legal action.
5. Content Policies
You agree not to submit, index, or promote content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
- Contains malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
- Is sexually explicit or pornographic in nature.
- Promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech.
- Engages in phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices.
- Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
We reserve the right to remove or refuse to index any content that violates these policies.
6. Promotions and Advertising
Users may create promotional campaigns for verified websites subject to the following:
- Promotion data (headline, SEO description, keywords) must accurately reflect the landing page content.
- We verify promotion data against the actual landing page content. Mismatches exceeding 30% may result in rejection.
- Each user is limited to a maximum number of active promotions as defined by platform settings.
- Promotions must comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations.
- All promotions are subject to admin review before approval.
- We reserve the right to reject, pause, or remove any promotion at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
The SearchOnix Platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by SearchOnix and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without our written consent.
- Our search index and result rankings are proprietary and may not be scraped or reproduced.
- Website owners retain all rights to their indexed content.
- Users grant us a limited license to display and promote submitted content as part of our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- SearchOnix is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of search results.
- We are not responsible for the content of indexed websites or images.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use the Platform, if any.
- We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SearchOnix and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the Platform, or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
